Monitoring im betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagement

Abstract

In dieser Auswertung werden zehn Betriebs- und Dienstvereinbarungen zum Monitoring im betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagement (BGM) betrachtet. Es gilt herauszufinden: Inwieweit werden über allgemeine Grundsätze hinaus Kennziffern definiert, um Auswirkungen des BGM zu erfassen? Anlass ist die immer noch aktuelle Diskussion um den Nachweis der positiven Effekte des BGM - sowohl aus Arbeitnehmer- als auch aus Arbeitgeberperspektive. Zahlreiche Studien zeigen, dass es sich aus betrieblicher bzw. betriebswirtschaftlicher Sicht lohnt, in ein umfassendes BGM zu investieren. Es werden jedoch in der betrieblichen Praxis Möglichkeiten, den Erfolg zu messen, noch nicht hinreichend genutzt. Das hier vorgeschlagene Indikatoren-Modell verwendet Kennziffern, die bislang in nur wenigen analysierten Vereinbarungen herangezogen werden.
