Abstract

Betriebliche Reorganisationsprozesse infolge von technischen Innovationen oder neuen Managementkonzepten werden zunehmend zum betrieblichen Alltag und zur Belastung für die Beschäftigten. Der präventive Gesundheitsschutz gewinnt an Bedeutung. Die Studie erläutert die rechtlichen Möglichkeiten und zeigt an Fallbeispielen, wie Betriebsräte Reorganisationsprozesse im Sinne einer Humanisierung der Arbeit gestalten können. Insbesondere zeigt sie, wie prozessorientierte Beteiligungsverfahren aussehen können, die zu guten Ergebnissen führen und nicht selbst zur Belastung werden.
