Branchenanalyse Getränkeindustrie: Marktentwicklung und Beschäftigung in der Brauwirtschaft, Erfrischungsgetränke- und Mineralbrunnenindustrie

Abstract

Die Getränkeindustrie umfasst rund 800 Betriebe in der Brauwirtschaft und über 300 Betriebe in der Erfrischungsgetränke- und Mineralbrunnenindustrie. In diesen beiden Kernbereichen sind ca. 54.000 sozialversicherungspflichtige Beschäftigte tätig. Sich verändernde Konsummuster, ein intensiver Wettbewerb sowie schwankende Rohstoffpreise stellen die Getränkeindustrie vor wachsende Herausforderungen. Die Studie analysiert die sozioökonomischen Veränderungen und die wachsenden Herausforderungen für die Branche durch den demografischen Wandel und die zunehmende Digitalisierung.
