Betrieb lernen: Die Bedeutung dualer Berufsausbildung und organisationalen Arbeitsvermögens

Abstract

Die Studie geht der Frage nach, was am Lernort Betrieb und hier insbesondere in der dualen Ausbildung gelernt wird und welche Bedeutung die erworbenen Fähigkeiten für einen erfolgreichen Erwerbsverlauf haben. Als hierfür zentral wird die Entwicklung "organisationalen Arbeitsvermögens" ermittelt. Gemeint ist hiermit die in der Auseinandersetzung mit einer Erwerbsorganisation entwickelte Fähigkeit, Organisationen, ihre Hierarchieebenen und Funktionsweisen zu verstehen und zu gestalten. Dieses Verständnis wiederum ist eine wesentliche Voraussetzung für einen stabilen Erwerbsverlauf. Herausgearbeitet wird, dass eine gute Ausbildung im Betrieb ein hohes Potential für die Aneignung und Erweiterung "organisationalen Arbeitsvermögens" hat und das System der dualen Ausbildung für die An- und Herausforderungen einer modernen Beruflichkeit geeignet ist.
