Wandel der Arbeit in wissenschaftsunterstützenden Bereichen an Hochschulen: Hochschulreformen und Verwaltungsmodernisierung aus Sicht der Beschäftigten

Abstract

Die Studie beschreibt und analysiert auf einer breiten empirischen Basis die Arbeits- und Beschäftigungssituation sowie die Einstellungen der Arbeitnehmerinnen und Arbeitnehmer in wissenschaftsunterstützenden Bereichen an Hochschulen (z. B. Sekretariate, Bibliotheken, Labore, Rechenzentren, zentrale und dezentrale Verwaltungseinheiten). Die Beschäftigtenzahlen in dieser Gruppe stiegen im vergangenen Jahrzehnt deutlich an, bleiben jedoch hinter dem Anstieg der Zahl der Studierenden und der wissenschaftlich Beschäftigten zurück. Dies hat ihre Arbeitssituation und die an sie gestellten Anforderungen ebenso beeinflusst wie die hochschulpolitischen Reformen und die Digitalisierung.
