Fluchtmigration und Arbeitswelt: Maßnahmen zur Integration von Flüchtlingen in großen Unternehmen

Abstract

Für die Integration von Flüchtlingen in Deutschland ist ihre Integration in den Arbeitsmarkt eine wesentliche Voraussetzung. Hierbei spielen die Betriebe eine zentrale Rolle. Die vorliegende Studie stellt Aktivitäten ausgewählter Großunternehmen zur Integration von Flüchtlingen vor. Diese erstrecken sich zum einen auf die Förderung gesellschaftlichen Engagements zur Unterstützung von Flüchtlingen, zum anderen auf Maßnahmen zur beruflichen Integration, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf Maßnahmen zur Berufsvorbereitung liegt. Häufig wird dabei an bestehende Brückenprogramme für Jugendliche angeknüpft. Herausgearbeitet wird auch die Rolle von betrieblicher Mitbestimmung und Unternehmensmitbestimmung beim betrieblichen Engagement für Flüchtlinge.
