Abstract

Ausgewertet werden 24 Regelungen aus über 20 Jahren Vereinbarungspraxis. Quer durch unterschiedliche Branchen geht es um Umgangsweisen mit Überlastungs- bzw. Gefährdungsanzeigen. Welche Ursachen haben Überlastungssituationen? Wie wird die Interessenvertretung eingebunden? Wie gestaltet sich der rechtliche Rahmen? Die Anzeige von Überlastungen kann ein wichtiger Baustein des betrieblichen Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutzes sein. Dieser gewinnt, nicht zuletzt angesichts ständig steigender Zahlen bei psychischen Belastungen, an Bedeutung. Beispiele zeigen die Bandbreite der betrieblichen Regelungen.
