Skore - Kompetenzentwicklung für Betriebsräte am Beispiel Ressourceneffizienz

Abstract

Nachhaltigkeit und Ressourceneffizienz sind nicht nur im ökologischen, sondern auch im ökonomischen Sinne eine Herausforderung für Unternehmen, bei der die Beteiligung der Beschäftigten wesentlich ist. Den Betriebsräten kommt hierbei eine wichtige Rolle zu, allerdings besteht bislang weder ein ausdrückliches Mitwirkungsrecht von Betriebsräten, noch werden systematische Qualifizierungen für Betriebsräte angeboten. Die Study zeigt anhand der Ergebnisse des Projekts SKORE, wie Betriebsräte im Bereich Ressourceneffizienz wirksam werden, welche Kompetenzen sie benötigen und wie diese gezielt entwickelt werden können.
