Abstract

Was hat die Stadt Wuppertal mit dem kleinen Bielefelder Metallbetrieb Gildemeister de Vlieg, was hat Dr. Oetker mit der Firma Jobis Bekleidungsindustrie gemeinsam? Angeregt vom sogenannten 'VW-Modell' haben sie nach neuen Wegen gesucht, durch Arbeitszeitregelungen Beschäftigung zu sichern oder sogar zusätzliche Arbeitskräfte einzustellen. Die vorliegende Broschüre dokumentiert etliche innovative Wege verschiedener Unternehmen zu mehr Beschäftigung.
