Institute zur Schulung betrieblicher Arbeitnehmervertreter: Eine empirische Studie

Abstract

Die Studie untersucht den Markt der Anbieter von Schulungen für Arbeitnehmervertreter und -vertreterinnen in Betriebs- und Aufsichtsräten. Es wurden 187 Institute/Organisationen, die solche Angebote machen, schriftlich und anonym befragt. Gewerkschaftliche und nicht-gewerkschaftliche Träger halten sich am Markt etwa die Waage. Knapp jedes vierte Betriebsratsmitglied und 16% der Arbeitnehmervertreter und Arbeitnehmervertreterinnen in Aufsichtsräten nahmen in 2008 an Seminaren für ihre Funktion, soweit sie hier erfasst werden konnten, teil. Die Studie liefert auch Daten über die durchschnittliche Dauer der Seminare, über Gründe für Seminarabsagen und die Erwartungen der Institute zur weiteren Entwicklung der Nachfrage.
