Beschäftigungschance Umwelt: Arbeitnehmerinitiativen für neue Arbeitsplätze im Handwerk

Abstract

Der vorliegende Projektbericht wendet sich in erster Linie an interessierte Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus dem Handwerk . Insbesondere angesprochen sind solche, die als Betriebsräte und/oder in den Selbstverwaltungsgremien des Handwerks tätig sind und/oder gewerkschaftliche Funktionen innehaben. Teil A rekapituliert das Untersuchungskonzept und die Überlegungen, die zur konkreten Fragestellung des Forschungsvorhabens geführt haben. Teil B stellt - nach einer kurzen Skizzierung der beschäftigungspolitischen Bedeutung des Handwerks - die strukturelle und wirtschaftliche Situation sowie die Entwicklungsperspektiven des Kfz-Handwerks und des SHK-Gewerbes dar. Teil C beschreibt die gegenwärtige Ausgangssituation und mögliche künftige Ansatzpunkte für Arbeitnehmer und ihre Vertretungen im Handwerk, sich für die Erschließung zukunftsfähiger, nachhaltiger Tätigkeitsfelder in ihren Branchen zu engagieren. Teil D schließt mit Überlegungen für mögliche praktische Aktivitäten.
