Das Ausbildungsverhalten deutscher Betriebe 2006: Ergebnisse des IAB-Betriebspanels

Abstract

Der vorliegende Bericht analysiert das Ausbildungsverhalten deutscher Betriebe anhand der Ergebnisse des Betriebspanels des Instituts für Arbeitsmarkt- und Berufsforschung (IAB), einer jährlichen repräsentativen und mit rund 16.000 beteiligten Betrieben umfassendsten Betriebsbefragung in Deutschland. Die Ergebnisse der Arbeitgeberbefragung geben einen umfassenden Einblick in die Nachfrageseite des deutschen Ausbildungsmarktes. Anhand deskriptiver Analysen werden Einsichten zu zentralen Aspekten des Berufsausbildungssystems wie Ausbildungsberechtigung, Ausbildungsaktivität und Übernahme von Absolventen gewonnen. Analysiert wird die Verteilung der Auszubildenden insgesamt sowie deren Anteil in einzelnen Branchen und Betriebsgrößenklassen. Es folgen Analysen zu Ausbildungsberechtigung und Ausbildungsbeteiligung der Betrriebe. Eine Analyse der Übernahmequoten, also Untersuchungen zur zweiten Schwelle des Ausbildungssystems, schließt die Studie ab. (BIBB-Doku)
