Kompetenzerwerb in der AV-Medien- und Veranstaltungstechnik: Karrierewege für Fachkräfte: Kosten und Nutzen. Durchlässigkeit von beruflicher Qualifizierung in Betrieb und Hochschule

Abstract

In der Studie wurde untersucht, inwieweit berufliche Kompetenzen der Berufsbilder Fachkraft für Veranstaltungstechnik und Mediengestalter Bild und Ton auf entsprechende Bachelor-Studiengänge (Veranstaltungstechnik / Medientechnik angerechnet werden können. In einer inhaltlichen Analyse wurden anrechenbare Potenziale ermittelt, die in Workshops mit Vertretern aus Lehre und Berufspraxis diskutiert und evaluiert wurden. Im Ergebnis lassen sich bei beiden Berufsbildern vor allem bei berufspraktischen Studienmodulen anrechenbare Kompetenzen in einem Umfang von bis zu zwei Semestern ermitteln. Ob und wie diese mögliche Anrechnung auf ein Studium in der Praxis umgesetzt werden kann, muss in einem nächsten Schritt diskutiert werden. (BIBB-Doku)
