Evaluation der Gestreckten Gesellenprüfung in den handwerklichen Metallberufen Feinmechaniker/Feinmechanikerin, Metallbauer/Metallbauerin: Zwischenbericht

Abstract

Seit Sommer 2002 werden für eine begrenzte Anzahl neu geordneter Ausbildungsberufe "Erprobungsverordnungen zu neuen Ausbildungs- und Prüfungsformen" erlassen, um Erfahrungen mit der "Gestreckten Abschluss- bzw. Gesellenprüfung" zu sammeln. Da die rechtlichen Vorgaben des Berufsbildungsgesetzes (BBiG) und der Handwerksordnung (HwO), die eine Zwischenprüfung zwingend vorsahen, weiterhin galten, war ein Regel-Ausnahme-Verhältnis zu beachten. Daher wurden sowohl der Zeitraum der Erprobung als auch die Anzahl der einbezogenen Berufe begrenzt. Im Dezember 2002 erging an das Bundesinstitut für Berufsbildung (BIBB) eine Weisung des Bundesministeriums für Wirtschaft und Arbeit zur Evaluation der bestehenden Erprobungsverordnungen. Gegenstand der hier vorliegenden zweiten Teilevaluation sind die Erprobungsverordnungen für die handwerklichen Metallberufe "Feinwerkmechaniker/Feinwerkmechanikerin" und "Metallbauer/Metallbauerin (die erste Teilevaluation bezog sich auf die Produktions- und Laborberufe der Chemischen Industrie).
