Abstract

Die Studie untersucht die Qualifikationsanforderungen, die derzeit an Speditionskaufleute gestellt werden. Zugleich ermitteln die Autoren anhand von Fallstudien, welche Veränderungen in den nächsten Jahren in diesem Berufsfeld zu erwarten sind. Ausserdem wurde untersucht, wie die Vorgaben der Ausbildungsordnung in den Betrieben umgesetzt werden. Die Evaluation gibt berufsbildungspolitische Anregungen für die Ausbildung der Speditionskaufleute, insbesondere hinsichtlich Kalkulation, Controlling, Kundenorientierung, Logistik, internationale Ausrichtung und Berufsschule. Die Studie des BIBB erfolgte im Rahmen einer Gesamtevaluation der Verkehrsberufe. (BIBB)
