Wirtschaftsassistenten - Stand und Perspektive eines Fortbildungsberufs: Endbericht zum Vorhaben 4.0043

Abstract

Der Bericht informiert über die Evaluation der Fortbildungsregelungen zum Wirtschaftsassistenten/zur Wirtschaftsassistentin, die vom Bundesinstitut für Berufsbildung durchgeführt wurde. Im Mittelpunkt der Analyse stand die Bundesregelung "Geprüfter Wirtschaftsassistent/ Geprüfte Wirtschaftsassistentin - Industrie" und die Kammerregelungen "Wirtschaftsassistent/Wirtschaftsassistentin IHK". Grundlage der Evaluation waren die Befragungen von einigen Industrie- und Handelskammern sowie von Experten aus Betrieben und von Bildungsträgern. Als Ergebnis wird festgehalten, dass die beiden überprüften Aufstiegsfortbildungen für die Teilnehmer erfolgreiche Massnahmen waren. Für die Zukunft müsse jedoch über attraktive, praxisbezogene Ausbildungs- und Fortbildungswege in Verbindung mit Studienmöglichkeiten in Verbindung mit Personalentwicklung innerhalb des Berufsbildungsgesetzes (BBiG) wie auch über Querschnittsabschlüsse und branchenübergreifende Fortbildung nachgedacht werden.
