Abstract

Dargestellt werden die Ergebnisse einer Studie des Zentralinstituts für Berufsbildung der DDR zur moralischen Erziehung im berufspraktischen Unterricht der Berufsausbildung. Es sollten Erkenntnisse über die Herausbildung aktiven moralischen Handelns der Lehrlinge aus Sicht moralischer Anforderungen des künftigen Facharbeiterberufes gewonnen werden. Untersuchungsgegenstand waren die Nutzung der Erziehungspotenzen des Tätigkeitsverlaufs beim Lernen und Arbeiten im berufspraktischen Unterricht, die soziale Stellung des Jugendlichen in der Berufsausbildung als Bedingung der Erziehungsarbeit, die Gestaltung erziehungswirksamer interpersonaler Beziehungen im Bildungs- und Erziehungsprozess und die Nutzung von Bewähungsmöglichkeiten für die moralische Erziehung der Lehrlinge.
