Abstract

Zum 01.08.1995 trat die Ausbildungsordnung über die Stufenausbildung zur Fachkraft für Brief- und Frachtverkehr und zum Postverkehrskaufmann/zur Postverkehrskauffrau nach § 26 BBiG in Kraft. Die Gültigkeit der Ausbildungsordnung wurde bis zum 30.09.2000 befristet. Das Bundesinstitut für Berufsbildung erhielt vom Bundesministerium für Bildung, Wissenschaft, Forschung und Technologie den Auftrag, die Umsetzung der Ausbildungsordnung in die Praxis zu beobachten. Sinn der Befristung und Ziel der Evaluation ist es, herauszufinden, welcher Bedarf an einer branchenbezogenen, anerkannten Berufsausbildung bei den Anbietern postalischer und postaffiner Dienstleistungen besteht, um ggf. die bestehenden Berufsbilder zu überarbeiten und zu erneuern. Dabei sind vor allem die Qualifikationsanforderungen der Kurier-, Express- und Paketdienste (KEP-Dienste) zu berücksichtigen. Im Folgenden werden die Untersuchungsschwerpunkte, die geplante Vorgehensweise und die bislang erzielten Untersuchungsergebnisse dargestellt. (Textauszug; BIBB-Doku)
