Abstract

Der erste Teil der Broschüre befasst sich mit der Aus- und Weiterbildung im Tourismus für den ländlichen Raum. Auf der Grundlage eines Modellvorhabens zur Qualifizierung von Fachleuten zur Anleitung des Aufbaus touristischer Strukturen wird ein Überblick über die Strukturen der Tourismuswirtschaft, ihre Arbeits- und Aufgabenbereiche und den Stand der Berufsbildung im Tourismus gegeben. Weiterhin werden neue Qualifikationsprofile entwickelt und in Berufsbildungsstrategien umgesetzt. Der zweite Teil des Bandes enthält Ergebnisse und Berichte eines Kongresses zur Entwicklung von Tourismus im ländlichen Raum, der vom 09.05.1996 bis zum 11.05.1996 in Stralsund stattfand. (BIBB2)
