Das kognitive Anforderungsniveau von Ausbildungsberufen: Eine empirische Untersuchung für 226 duale und schulische Ausbildungsberufe

Abstract

Ausbildungsberufe unterscheiden sich sowohl auf berufsfachlicher Ebene als auch im Niveau der kognitiven Anforderungen. Während berufsfachliche Unterschiede mit der Klassifikation der Berufe 2010 empirisch gut untersuchbar sind, gilt dies weniger für Unterschiede im kognitiven Anforderungsniveau von Ausbildungsberufen. Die Publikation stellt einen Indikator des Berufspsychologischen Services der Bundesagentur für Arbeit für das kognitive Anforderungsniveau von Ausbildungsberufen vor und präsentiert dessen Verteilung über 226 duale und schulische Ausbildungsberufe sowie Analysen zur Konstrukt- und Kriteriumsvalidität des Indikators. Die Ergebnisse zeigen die Heterogenität im kognitiven Anforderungsniveau von Ausbildungsberufen und weisen auf eine zufriedenstellende Validität des Indikators hin.
