Die QuBe-Kompetenzklassifikation als verdichtende Perspektive auf berufliche Anforderungen

Abstract

Kompetenzvermittlung kann als eine Zielsetzung von (Weiter-)Bildung begriffen werden. Für das Fachkräftemonitoring des Bundesministeriums für Arbeit und Soziales wurde eine eigene Kompetenzklassifikation entwickelt. Dieser Bericht stellt die Operationalisierung der 16 tendenziell überfachlichen, beruflichen QuBe-Kompetenzerfordernisse anhand von Erwerbstätigenbefragungen vor. Die Ergebnisse eröffnen einen komprimierten Blick auf den vieldiskutierten Strukturwandel im Kontext der Digitalisierung. Während physische Kompetenzen wie Körperkraft und Fingerfertigkeit, aber auch Routine an Bedeutung verlieren, werden Kompetenzen in Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologie sowie sozial-interaktive und methodische Kompetenzerfordernisse wichtiger.
