Berufsbildung 4.0 - Fachkräftequalifikationen und Kompetenzen für die digitalisierte Arbeit von morgen: der Ausbildungsberuf "Land- und Baumaschinenmechatroniker/-in" im Screening

Abstract

Der Beruf Land- und Baumaschinenmechatroniker/-in ist ein auf ein breites Tätigkeitsfeld ausgerichteter anerkannter handwerklicher Ausbildungsberuf, der insbesondere bei Service und Instandhaltung von Landmaschinen-, Baumaschinen- und Motorgerätetechnik in Betrieben des Handwerks, des Groß-und Einzelhandels sowie bei kommunalen Betrieben zum Einsatz kommt. Im Rahmen eines auf insgesamt 14 Berufe gerichteten Screenings wurde auch an diesem Beruf exemplarisch untersucht, wie die Digitalisierung in dessen Aufgabenfelder verändernd hineinwirkt und wie bei der Aus- und Weiterbildung dieser Fachkräfte mit diesen Herausforderungen umgegangen wird. Auf Grundlage dieser Ergebnisse werden Empfehlungen für die Weiterentwicklung der Ordnungsmittel für die Ausbildung und die Meisterqualifizierung sowie für die Gestaltung der Ausbildung gegeben.
