Abstract

Die Medienbranche ist seit mehr als 20 Jahren durch Digitalisierung und Vernetzung gekennzeichnet. Heute wird dort in allen Bereichen fast ausschließlich digital gearbeitet. Gleichzeitig ergänzen Digital- und Online-Medien neben Film-, Fernseh- und Radioproduktionen auch Zeitungen, Zeitschriften und Bücher - und ersetzen sie zunehmend. In der Folge kommt es zu einer Zunahme von Komplexität und einer Anreicherung der Berufsprofile. Der Bericht gibt Einblicke in die Veränderungen zweier Berufe der Medienwirtschaft, die durch den Wandel besonders geprägt sind: Mediengestalterinnen und gestalter Bild und Ton, die ihr Tätigkeitsfeld in der audiovisuellen Medienproduktion haben, sowie Mediengestalterinnen und -gestalter Digital und Print, die in vielen Bereichen der Druck- und Medienwirtschaft beschäftigt sind.
