Abstract

Dieser Forschungsbericht zeigt die dritte modellbasierte Wirkungsabschätzung einer Wirtschaft 4.0 auf Arbeitsmarkt und die Gesamtwirtschaft in Deutschland und baut dabei methodisch auf Wolter u. a. 2016 und Wolter u. a. 2015 auf. Dabei wurden die zugrundeliegenden Annahmen neuesten Erkenntnissen angepasst und methodische Anpassungen vorgenommen. Unter der Annahme, dass Deutschland bei der Umsetzung der Digitalisierung eine Vorreiterrolle einnehmen wird, zeigt sich, dass sich die möglichen zukünftigen Arbeitswelten Wirtschaft 4.0" und "QuBe-Basisprojektion" hinsichtlich ihrer Branchen-, Berufs- und Anforderungsstruktur deutlich voneinander unterscheiden. Dennoch fallen die Arbeitsplatzverluste insgesamt relativ gering aus, da dem Abbau von Arbeitsplätzen die Schaffung neuer Arbeitsplätze in Folge der Digitalisierung gegenübersteht."(Autorenreferat, BIBB-Doku)
