Computerberufe im System der dualen Berufsausbildung und die Zukunft der DV-Kaufleute

Abstract

Der Ausbildungsberuf Datenverarbeitungskaufmann basiert nach wie vor auf einer Berufskonzeption aus dem Jahre 1969. Über seine Neuordnung ist bisher kein Konsens zwischen den Sozialparteien erreicht worden. Das Bundesinstitut für Berufsbildung hat daher ein weiteres Forschungsprojekt durchgeführt, um Grundlagen und Entscheidungsvorschläge für eine Neuordnung dieses Ausbildungsberufes zu erarbeiten. Die Ergebnisse des Forschungsprojekts wurden im Rahmen eines Workshops 1995 vorgestellt. Der Band dokumentiert die Beiträge der Referenten und möchte damit zur Diskussion um die Beruflichkeit eines bisher vom dualen System wenig erfassten Feldes der DV-Berufe anregen. Inhalt: SCHWARZ: Ausbildung und Einsatz von DV-Kaufleuten; DOSTAL: Arbeitsmarkt für Computerfachleute : die Rolle der DV-Kaufleute in ihrem beruflichen Umfeld; BAUKROWITZ/BOES: IT-Fachkräfte auf dem Weg in die "Informationsgesellschaft" : konzeptionelle Anregungen zur Neuordnung des Berufsfelds; HÄUSSLER: Auswertung der DIHT- Umfrage zum DV-Kaufmann; EULER: Neuordnung der kaufmännischen Erstausbildung von DV-Kaufleuten : Überlegungen aus wirtschaftspädagogischer Sicht; SCHUHMACHER: Zur Ausbildung von DV-Kaufleuten aus schulischer Sicht.
