Betriebliche Ausbildungsgestaltung in der Deutschen Demokratischen Republik und der Bundesrepublik Deutschland - ausgewählte Aspekte zum Vergleich der Ausbildungsqualität

Abstract

Der Beitrag vergleicht am Beispiel ausgewählter Aspekte der betrieblichen Ausbildungsgestaltung wichtige Funktions- und Organisationsformen der beruflichen Bildung in der DDR und der BRD. Im Mittelpunkt stehen qualitätsrelevante Faktoren der Ausbildungsgestaltung: die Art und Weise der betrieblichen Ausbildungsplanung, das Ausbildungspersonal, die Nutzung verschiedener Lernorte und Lernmöglichkeiten, die Zusammenarbeit von Betrieb und Berufsschule und die Einübung in neue Techniken und das umweltsensible Umgehen mit Produkten und Arbeitsprozessen. Damit wollen die Autoren Diskussionen darüber anregen, was bei Neufassung eines gesamtdeutschen Berufsbildungssystems von beiden deutschen Staaten einzubringen ist. Ferner soll die Arbeit als eine Bestandsaufnahme künftig gemeinsam zu erforschender Sachverhalte gesehen werden. (BIBB)
