Abstract

Kompetenzfeststellungsverfahren sollen vielerorts die Integration junger Geflüchteter in Arbeit und Ausbildung unterstützen. Das wirft die Frage auf, wie die darin enthaltenen Aufgabenstellungen interpretiert werden. Kann hier von einer Übereinstimmung zwischen den Verfahren selbst, den eingesetzten Beobachter-/innen und den teilnehmenden jungen Menschen ausgegangen werden? Diese Frage steht im Zentrum des vorliegenden Berichts der wissenschaftlichen Evaluation des Kompetenzfeststellungsverfahrens komPASS3 in niedersächsischen SPRINT-Klassen. Auf der Grundlage eines interkulturellen Kompetenzverständnisses werden über die eigentlichen Ergebnisse hinaus weiterführende Handlungsempfehlungen gegeben. (Hrsg., BIBB-Doku)
