Abstract

Als dualer Lernortpartner ist die Teilzeit-Berufsschule eine wichtige Säule im Kontext der Ausbildung im dualen System. Sie hat die Aufgabe, die im Rahmenlehrplan verankerten fachtheoretischen Ausbildungsinhalte zu vermitteln und die Allgemeinbildung der Schüler/-innen zu vertiefen. Die vorliegende Studie gibt einen Einblick in Schülerzahlen und Strukturen der Teilzeit-Berufsschule und zeigt am Beispiel ausgewählter Ausbildungsberufe, welche Anforderungen sich insbesondere vor dem Hintergrund der demografischen Entwicklung für den dualen Lernortpartner aktuell ergeben. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass Lösungsansätze zur Bewältigung aktueller Herausforderungen immer auch multiperspektivische Analysen sowie die Berücksichtigung bundeslandspezifischer und regionaler Unterschiede erfordern. Das Ergebnis einer Literaturrecherche zu "Lernortkooperation" und "Fachunterricht" rundet das WDP ab.(Autorenreferat, BIBB-Doku)
