Abstract

Trotz der einsetzenden Entspannung auf dem Ausbildungsstellenmarkt gestaltet sich der Übergang von der Schule in die Berufsausbildung für viele Jugendliche weiterhin schwierig. Teilweise verweilen sie lange in Maßnahmen des sogenannten 'Übergangssystems', teilweise fallen sie aber auch ganz aus dem Bildungssystem heraus. Über neue Instrumente und Wege zur Verbesserung des Übergangs wird intensiv debattiert. Die vorliegende Studie des Bundesinstituts für Berufsbildung (BIBB) und der Bertelsmann Stiftung zeigt, wie aktuelle Reformansätze von Berufsbildungsexperten und Jugendlichen bewertet werden. Das Ergebnis: Während einige der 18 Reformansätze in allen Akteursgruppen auf breite Zustimmung stoßen, fallen die Einschätzungen bei anderen äußerst kontrovers aus. (Autorenreferat, BIBB-Doku)
