Ideal und Realität betrieblicher Ausbildungsqualität: Sichtweisen ausbildender Betriebe

Abstract

In der beruflichen Ausbildung wird derzeit intensiv über Instrumente und Verfahren der Qualitätssicherung diskutiert. Im Vordergrund stehen dabei die Fragen, welchen Anforderungen und Zielen eine zukunftsorientierte Berufsausbildung gerecht werden muss und wie eine entsprechend ausgerichtete Ausbildung gestaltet sein sollte. Das vorliegende Diskussionspapier beantwortet diese Fragen aus Sicht ausbildender Betriebe. Anhand einer bundesweit durchgeführten Befragung wird ermittelt, über welche Merkmale ausbildende Betriebe Ausbildungsqualität definieren und welche Aspekte für ihr Qualitätsverständnis dabei von zentraler, welche von eher randständiger Bedeutung sind. Abschließend wird gefragt, inwieweit Betriebe ihren eigenen Qualitätsansprüchen im Ausbildungsalltag gerecht werden. (Autorenreferat, BIBB-Doku)
