Abstract

Die vorliegende Untersuchung mit schriftlicher Befragung und Fallstudien gibt Auskunft darüber, ob sich die gestreckte Abschluss-/Gesellenprüfung Teil 1 in drei ausgewählten Elektroberufen von 2003 bewährt hat. Die in die Evaluierung einbezogenen Berufe Elektroniker für Betriebstechnik, Elektroniker Fachrichtung Energie- und Gebäudetechnik und Elektroniker für Maschinen- und Antriebstechnik stehen exemplarisch für alle neu geordneten Elektroberufe. Die gestreckte Abschlussprüfung (GAP) ist als neue Prüfungsform für die untersuchten Elektroberufe grundsätzlich geeignet und wird von allen Beteiligten mit kleineren Einschränkungen angenommen. Die Gewichtung der GAP Teil 1 mit 40 Prozent wird von rund drei Viertel der Auszubildenden für angemessen erachtet und erhält von Ausbildungsbetrieben durchschnittlich 67 Prozent Zustimmung. Insgesamt belegt die Untersuchung, dass die neue Prüfungsform von der Praxis angenommen wurde. (Autorenreferat, BIBB-Doku)
