    Abstract

    The wiiw Handbook of Statistics is published annually and contains annual and monthly statistics on the transition economies. Countries covered: Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, the Slovak Republic, Slovenia and Ukraine. Data on Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina and the Baltic countries are covered only in chapter I and II (please see contents & sample tables). The 2008 edition covers the period 1990 to September 2008.
