Prognose der Baukostenentwicklung in Österreich bis 2023

Abstract

Das österreichische Bauwesen verzeichnete in den Jahren 2021 und 2022 die stärksten Kostensteigerungen seit den 1970er-Jahren. Ziel der vorliegenden Analyse ist die Prognose der Baukostenentwicklung in Österreich für die Jahre 2022 und 2023, getrennt für die drei Teilindizes. Zunächst werden dafür die zentralen Kostentreiber mittels einer Analyse der Subkomponenten der Baukostenindizes identifiziert. Die Futures und Spot-Preise für die Rohstoffe Stahl und Öl, welche besonders bedeutsam für die aktuelle Baukostenentwicklung sind, werden anschließend für eine modellgestützte Prognose herangezogen. Zusätzlich zu einem Normalszenario wird auch eine Risikoszenario berechnet, welches auf einer ungünstigeren Rohstoffpreisentwicklung basiert.
