Abstract

In einer umfangreichen Studie evaluiert das WIFO die Effektivität und Effizienz der vom Arbeitsmarktservice gesetzten Qualifizierungsförderungen für arbeitslose Personen. Dabei werden nicht nur Effektunterschiede zwischen zahlreichen Subgruppen von Arbeitslosen beleuchtet, sondern werden vor allem auch stärker als bisher unterschiedliche Subtypen von Maßnahmen unterschieden – hinsichtlich Trägertyp, Inhalt, Abschlussart, Förderintensität und Zielgruppenorientierung. Die vorliegende Begleitdokumentation zu der Evaluierung enthält Detailinformationen zur stärkeren Differenzierung der Qualifizierungsförderungen, die aus der Studie ausgelagert wurden.
