Abstract

In dieser Studie werden die inhaltlichen und Prozessgrundlagen für ein Wiener Klimabudget erarbeitet, insbesondere im Hinblick auf die Abschätzung der Klimawirkungen von städtischen Vorhaben und Maßnahmen. Bislang gibt es – auch international – noch keine verbindliche Definition eines Klimabudgets. Dementsprechend werden in diesem Projekt verschiedene Gestaltungsoptionen für ein Klimabudget vorgestellt. Darauf aufbauend wird ein konzeptioneller Rahmen für das Wiener Klimabudget skizziert. Exemplarisch werden Bewertungsansätze vorgestellt, die insbesondere die Relevanz der integrierten Betrachtung der Investitions- und Nutzungsphase von Vorhaben betonen.
