Systeme der Förderung des Universitätsstudiums im Ausland

Abstract

Die finanzielle Situation der Studenten hängt nicht nur von den direkten und indirekten Kosten der Universitätsausbildung ab, sondern auch von den direkten und indirekten Leistungen des Staates: Der Staat gewährt Förderungen in der Form von Studienbeihilfen, Stipendien und Darlehen einerseits und steuerliche Begünstigungen sowie Familien- bzw. Kinderbeihilfen für Eltern von Studenten andererseits. Die Studie stellt die Systeme der Studienförderung in verschiedenen OECD-Ländern gegenüber. Sie geht dabei auf die EU-Rechtslage zur Regelung der Studentenmobilität, die Fördersituation für inländische und ausländische Studenten sowie das "European Credit Transfer System (ECTS)" ein und beleuchtet die Motive für die Förderung der Studentenmobilität und deren Entwicklungstendenzen.
