Prognose für 2013 und 2014: Konjunkturbelebung in Sicht

Abstract

Die Perspektiven für die österreichische Volkswirtschaft haben sich gegenüber der September-Prognose des WIFO etwas verbessert. Dies geht vor allem auf die leichte, aber breit angelegte Aufhellung der Vorlaufindikatoren zurück, welche auf einen Konjunkturwendepunkt zum Jahreswechsel hindeuten. Das Risikoumfeld ist jedoch weiterhin differenziert und entspricht weitgehend der Einschätzung vom Herbst: Die außenwirtschaftlichen Abwärtsrisiken dominieren geringfügig gegenüber den inländischen Aufwärtsrisiken. Die österreichische Volkswirtschaft sollte unter diesen Rahmenbedingungen 2013 real um 1,0% und 2014 um 1,8% wachsen.
