Prognose für 2010 und 2011: Wirtschaft des Euro-Raumes profitiert verzögert von Abwertung und starkem Welthandel

Abstract

Der Welthandel erholte sich in den ersten Monaten 2010 weiter, sein Volumen nähert sich mittlerweile wieder dem Niveau vor der Krise. Getragen von der starken Dynamik in Asien, der Erholung in den USA und der Abwertung des Euro sollten sich die Exporte im Euro-Raum gut entwickeln. Aufgrund einer weiterhin schwachen Binnennachfrage wird der Aufschwung im Euro-Raum vorerst dennoch verhalten bleiben. Risken bestehen in den makroökonomischen Ungleichgewichten und der Nervosität der Finanzmärkte. Für Österreich erwartet das WIFO 2010 ein Wirtschaftswachstum von real 1,2% und 2011 von 1,6%.
