Prognose für 2010 und 2011: Träge Erholung der Konjunktur

Abstract

Mitte 2009 stabilisierte sich die Konjunktur in Österreich, ausgehend vom Warenexport und der Sachgütererzeugung. Die Tendenz gewann allerdings nicht an Dynamik, auch weil bislang keine Investitionskonjunktur einsetzte. Deshalb wird das BIP im Jahr 2010 real um nur 1,3% expandieren. 2011 soll die Konsolidierung der öffentlichen Haushalte einsetzen; ihre Auswirkungen auf die gesamtwirtschaftliche Nachfrage können derzeit nur vage geschätzt werden. Das WIFO erwartet für 2011 ein Wirtschaftswachstum von real 1,4% bei einer Arbeitslosenquote von 7,7% der unselbständig Erwerbstätigen, einer Inflationsrate von 1,8% und einem Finanzierungssaldo des Staates von –4% des BIP.
