Abstract

Учебно-методическое пособие подготовлено для студентов и аспирантов, желающих углубить свои знания в области экономики природопользования. В работе отражены современные взгляды на процессы управления природопользованием. Широко освещаются вопросы формирования системы экономических инструментов устойчивого развития под углом зрения их исторической трансформации как в отечественной, так и в зарубежной научной публицистике и практике. Проблема определения экономического ущерба от загрязнения окружающей природной среды рассматривается в аспекте направлений использования этой категории при принятии эколого-экономических решений. Значительное внимание уделено решению задач экономической оценки природных ресурсов и институциональной поддержки осуществления природно-ресурсной политики государства. Экологическому страхованию как механизму управления риском загрязнения окружающей природной среды посвящена отдельная глава.
