    Abstract

    Анализируются основные природные и антропогенные катастрофы, являющиеся причинами возникновения чрезвычайных ситуаций. Приводятся критерии отнесения катастроф к разряду чрезвычайных ситуаций. Раскрываются последствия чрезвычайных ситуаций на примере землетрясений (в частности - Шикотанского и Нефтегорского) и антропогенного загрязнения атмосферного воздуха вредными веществами. Рассматривается проблема экономического оценивания последствий катастроф. Дается концепция, методология и методики экономического ущерба от нарушения природной среды на примере ущерба от загрязнения атмосферы вредными выбросами. Исследуются косвенные потери катастроф, развивающиеся вследствие цикличности межотраслевых связей, и некоторые положения теории риска, применительно к катастрофам. Для специалистов в области спасения и жизнеобеспечения людей, экономики природопользования и природоохраны, проектирования и строительства и др.
