This publication is a joint undertaking by the ASEAN Technical Working Group on Agricultural Research and Development (ATWGARD) and the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH through the ASEAN-German Programme on Response to Climate Change (GAP-CC). In partnership with the Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (SEARCA).
