La variación d ela tasa de salarios promedio y de los salarios mínimos en la economia ecuatoriana

Abstract

El estudio revela que las industrias o ramas industriales enfrentan dos tipos de mercado de trabajo, uno general a ellas, constituido básicamente por la fuerza de trabajo directa no calificada, y otro interno o específico a las empresas, industrias o ramas industriales (en estos dos casos, siempre que estén constituidos por empresas tecnológicamente parecidas). En el primer mercado se determina una tasa de salarios más o menos común a todas las empresas, industrias o ramas industriales que hemos denominado salario base y en los mercados del segundo tipo los niveles salariales correspondan a la diferenciación y jerarquías de trabajos establecidas por razones técnicas y de organización de cada una de las empresas o industrias.
