Tecnologia y condiciones de trabajo en la industria peruana

Abstract

El trabajo es una continuación lógica y necesaria de algunos anteriores estudios en donde abordamos el estudio de los problemas del Cambio Técnico y del uso de Tecnología en la Industria Peruana. Nuestro interés analitico era otro, pero nos puso en contacto con una problemática poco trabajada por los economistas, esto es la del efecto del empleo de técnicas y equipos sobre la salud, integridad y seguridad de los trabajadores. Son estos los problemas que abordamos ahora, con la intención de integrarlos tanto en el análisis económico, como en el diseño de políticas de tecnología y de empleo.
