Abstract

El autor postula que el origen de la crisis radica en la pérdida de competitividad de la economía estadounidense, en la redistribución regresiva del ingreso y de la riqueza, en la nueva división del trabajo a nivel global, y en la conformación de grupos de poder en torno al sector financiero que se beneficiaron de las burbujas y que ahora se han convertido en el principal obstáculo para realizar las reformas que se requieren para relanzar el aparato productivo.
