El Perú en el escenario mundial: hacia la segunda década del siglo XXI

Abstract

La publicación examina la situación internacional del Perú en una década de consolidación del proceso democrático y de continuado crecimiento y apertura económicos. La presentación de un mapamundi invertido y desplazado de su eje tradicional, con el Océano Pacífico en el centro, grafica lo que podría ser una nueva presencia internacional del Perú a partir de su ubicación geográfica, estabilidad política en democracia, crecimiento económico con inclusión social y, particularmente, de sus gentes.
