El ataque a la pobreza: un enfoque de mercado

Abstract

Si el Estado, la sociedad civil, el sector empresarial y el conjunto de organismos de cooperación internacional trabajan en forma estratégica y coordinada para precisar lo que contribuye al alivio y a la reducción de pobreza, lo que debe guiar la focalización en las intervenciones de alivio, lo que permite identificar las áreas geográficas que tienen mayor costo/efectividad en el logro de los resultados, entre otros aspectos principales, grandes avances serán posibles en la lucha contra la pobreza. El presente texto constituye una propuesta de estrategia que persigue tal objetivo.
