Abstract

El estudio analiza diferentes aspectos del proceso de inversión pública en la Argentina, señala las principales dificultades en materia de financiamiento de la misma en las actuales condiciones de restricción fiscal, aporta elementos comparativos con la experiencia de otras naciones y propone criterios y metodología para su programación en nuestro país.
