El impacto sectorial del proceso de integración subregional en la Comunidad Andina: sector lácteo y sector textil

Abstract

Con relación al sector lácteo se analiza una situación excepcional caracterizada por mercados altamente regulados y protegidos, tanto en el escenario mundial como regional. Espacialmente, la posibilidad de contrastar los casos de integración regional de la cadena en diferentes acuerdos del continente, aparece igualmente sugestiva debido a las diferencias estructurales que permiten cualificar de mejor forma obstáculos propios de cada proceso y que contribuyen a enriquecer interpretaciones que se alejan de los modelos formales. En cuanto al sector textil y confecciones en la subregión, se hace un breve recuento en materia de condiciones de producción y de comercio. Se analiza a su vez, el entorno macroeconómico de los países andinos y se presentan las principales características de las políticas comerciales y sectoriales que regulan el sector tanto en el ámbito nacional como en el subregional así como el impacto del proceso de integración.
