Abstract

Este libro tiene como propósito contribuir a un mejor conocimiento en los países de la Comunidad Andina de los efectos de la política fiscal en la distribución del ingreso. Evalúa el impacto neto de la política tributaria y del gasto público que ésta financia, en un enfoque comprensivo e innovador diseñado para ser útil a los formadores de las políticas públicas.
